The concept

Your own gateway experience:
bring your destination to life at Al Habtoor Polo Resort!

Showcase your destination in style through a series of 3 x 2.5-hour gateway experiences throughout the day. Join Dubai Business Events and 9 destination partners in a unique collaboration and promote Dubai in an unprecedented fashion! Small and intimate groups of 10 buyers per session will experience your gateway: you will get to meet all 30 buyers through your gateway experiences. Each session will also include a minimum of 6 x 1on1 meetings.

At the end of each bespoke Gateway session, spend more time with buyers individually with a minimum of 18 prescheduled 1on1 meetings throughout the event: explore business prospects and dig deeper into the conversation.

XSLI is working with our North American buyer expert and consultants to curate and qualify a group of 30+ top tier MICE buyers with a focus on high-end Meetings & Luxury Incentives. Our fully hosted buyer program is available by invitation only to a selected and highly targeted group of MICE Agencies, Incentives Houses and Corporates with proven track record of long-hall luxury events (outside of the Americas).
